Crescendo Leadership Development is certified in the delivery of Executive Coaching from Center of Executive Coach (CEC) an ACTP at all levels of the organization. We follow a five-step model where we will do initial consultation to understand your individual or organization goals, recommend assessments to measure gaps, design a tailored plan and implement necessary skills training and hands-on coaching sessions.  At periodic intervals in the process will conduct follow-up and review of progress.
